SHIPPING POLICY
Orders over $199 receive free standard ground ground shipping service by way of UPS, Purolator or Canada Post at our discretion. PO box addresses will be delivered by Canada Post only.
Heavy or bulky products, remote areas, may require a shipping surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the cost and give you the opportunity to approve or cancel the order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will only ship to an address matching the billing address of the credit card, a verified work address, or a verified address with Paypal.
MISSING ITEMS, LOSS OR DAMAGE
Your purchase will be shipped using UPS, Purolator or Canada Post primarily, by standard / ground service unless express shipping has been arranged and paid for.
In the event of missing items, shipping damage or a lost package, you must inform us with 48 hours and include details of the issue along with pictures of any damage to the product and shipping materials. Do not throw away any of the product packaging, shipping box(es) or packing materials as they may require inspection by the courier in the event of a claim.
RETURNED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Shipments that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at time of purchase, will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee once they return to our warehouse in good and original condition.
