Refund policy

Satisfaction is our Priority

We aim for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you have any trouble with your purchase please contact us for assistance.  

Returns within 30 Days

We accept returns on unopened, unregistered product within 30 days of our invoice date.  Before returning anything please be sure to contact us for return instructions otherwise your return may be refused or misdirected.  

Warranty Support

After 30 days or once product has been registered or installed, it falls under manufacturer's warranty which is typically at least one year.  Where possible we will either assist you or ask that you contact the manufacturer for support as applicable.  Warranty is solely that of the manufacturer.

Refused or Undelivered Shipments

Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to us by the courier will be refunded less the cost of two way freight. 


Preparing Your Return

Once you've received authorization, be sure to ship your return in a protective shipping box with adequate padding.  Do not write on the product box and be sure you've included all of the original packaging and accessories.  We recommend that you ship with insurance and tracking as we aren't responsible for lost or damaged returns.
